KEVIN ROLSTON is the founder of THE POWER LINES, a coaching and consulting practice that helps individuals, teams, and leaders manifest meaningful and lasting change, by designing and facilitating transformational learning experiences in the following areas:

Leadership Development High-Performance Communication Team Norms and Dynamics Individual Change Management

He is also a freelance consultant with People Rocket, a design management firm founded by Rich Cox, and a teacher and coach in the Acting with Power class at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Previously, he was a Director with the Stand & Deliver Group, a global leadership communication consulting and training firm.

Kevin’s love of learning makes him forever curious about new concepts, frameworks, and methodologies. Most recently he was trained as a co-active coach with CTI and certified as a facilitator of the Immunity to Change methodology, which was designed by Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Laskow Lahey at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Rolston is also an award-winning playwright and actor. His most recent play, Deal with the Dragon, a one man show he performed both in San Francisco and at the largest arts festival in the world in Edinburgh, Scotland, was named by SF KQED Arts as one of six singular and brilliant theater productions of the year.

Kevin is the proud recipient of Stanford University's Equity in the Entertainment Industry Award. He and his husband live near Golden Gate Park where they walk their little red dog.
