About Nathan Gold in his own words

My name is Nathan Gold, also known as The Demo Coach. I hail from the San Francisco Bay Area (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco) and travel around the world coaching and training people on how to really prepare for high-stakes presentations. I do this through workshops, seminars, keynotes, live streaming, and 1:1 sessions, both in person and online.

I have personally delivered over 15,000 presentations and 12,000+ hours of 1:1 presentation coaching and training. I have worked in and with small and large companies, including GetAround.com (http://www.getaround.com/), Glue Networks (http://www.gluenetworks.com/), Bill.com (http://www.bill.com/), Education.com (http://www.education.com/), Innovation Norway (http://innovationhousesf.wordpress.com/), SanDisk (http://www.sandisk.com/), Kaiser Permanente (https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/html/kaiser/index.shtml), Plantronics (https://www.plantronics.com/us/), and IBM (http://ibmsmartcamp.com/) — on designing, scripting and delivering more compelling and memorable presentations and product demos, especially in situations where you cannot afford to miss.

The Wall Street Journal (http://projects.wsj.com/soty/about) called me an "elevator pitch expert" after coaching the Top 5 Finalists (http://www.democoach.com/wsj/#.) in the Startup of the Year award, in the actual WSJ elevators in NYC! I'm also the pitch coach for dozens of accelerators and incubators around the world and I am an Industry Fellow (http://scet.berkeley.edu/people/) at UC Berkeley (http://scet.berkeley.edu/bmoe-bootcamp/) and a guest lecturer at Wharton Entrepreneurship (http://entrepreneurship.wharton.upenn.edu/). Recently, I've been coaching TED and TEDx presenters while also being featured on The Kauffman Founders School (http://www.entrepreneurship.org/Founders-School.aspx) website in a free video series called Powerful Presentations (http://www.entrepreneurship.org/Founders-School/Powerful-Presentations.aspx) and Mastering Q&A (http://www.entrepreneurship.org/Founders-School/Powerful-Presentations-Mastering-Q-and-A.aspx).
