Speaker bio:

Ryan Tiffany joined SoftLayer/IBM in 2011 as part of the Customer Support team. He went on to become a Support manger before joining the Cloud Design Engineering team in 2016. As a Senior Cloud Design Engineer, Ryan has helped customers design IaaS/PaaS solutions to support critical production workloads. With an eye towards DevOps tooling and the Garage method, he has provided code examples and automation workflows for customers looking to streamline their path to the IBM Cloud.
In his spare time, Ryan works on home automation, attends his daughters numerous volleyball tournaments, and listens to an absurd amount of podcasts.
